Manuel’s Tamales was a staple of the New Orleans area for what seems like hundreds of years.
After Hurricane Katrina it appears Manuel’s didn’t survive.
We saw a need, and put my Grandmother’s Tamale Recipe into service. We are now supplying our tamale recipe to local stores and the world by mail order.
We’ll be adding more information on our recipe and how you can order tamales online as we go along.
